Shared Policy Priorities
Being Responsible & Accountable to Citizens
Council members are here to represent constituents, not rule over them. Engagement should prioritize listening over lecturing.
Running an Efficient & Effective City
Keep taxes and fees affordable through transparent budgeting and provide effective oversight of City administration.
Getting Back to Basics
Focus on municipal responsibilities and deliver services effectively and affordably. Engage with other orders of government for shared responsibilities, ensuring equitable cost-sharing.
Municipal Infrastructure
Prioritize the upkeep of all city infrastructure while strategically investing in key capital projects to enhance our community’s resilience and growth.
Public Safety as a Fundamental Responsibility
Invest in protective services—Police, Fire, By-law, and Peace Officers. Further investments are needed for transit safety and social disorder.

✅ a candidate - ready to listen, engage and act for the residents of Ward 8
I am that candidate.
On Monday, October 20th — Vote
Cornelia Wiebe.
WHAT IS A VOTE SPLIT?
It’s when a Candidate that Clearly Can’t Win and has Much Less Support than another Candidate with whom they share a common voting base that can win but refuses to step aside thus resulting in a Candidate Winning that No One Wanted.
Vote @SonyaSharpYYC and for @commfirstyyc Candidates if you want REAL CHANGE
